Attend meetings on time and free of distraction. Should a need to reschedule arise, please notify us in advance and we will gladly reschedule for the next available time.

Notify us if you do not completely understand or find discomfort in any recommendation, strategy, or direction.
We expect our clients to treat our staff with respect. Should a conflict arise, however, we would like to know. Please express and discuss your concerns with your Principals.
We expect informational requests and inquiries to be addressed in a timely fashion. In the event we request information directly from you, we count on you to provide this information in a timely manner to do our job to the best of our ability. If the requested information is unavailable to you, please communicate that with us so that we can properly address and account for this uncertainty.
